EGR Valve Deactivation in BMW
The EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation) valve is responsible for redirecting a portion of the exhaust gases back into the intake manifold to reduce emissions. However, over time, the system can become clogged, and the valve itself may seize, negatively impacting engine performance.
Main Reasons for EGR Deactivation:● Reduced engine power● Unstable idle performance● Hesitation or power loss during acceleration● Frequent EGR error codes on the dashboard● Intake manifold clogging with soot● High EGR replacement costs
What We Offer:● Software EGR deactivation in the engine control unit (DDE)● Optional physical valve block-off (upon request)● Deactivation of related systems (sensors, temperature control)● Error elimination and ECU adaptation
Results:● Stable and powerful engine performance● Reduced soot buildup in the intake system● Lower load on the turbocharger● No error codes or emergency modes
