Privacy Policy

1. General provisions

This Privacy Policy explains which personal data of users of https://bimfix.com.ua BIMFIX processes, why it is needed, how it is stored, and to whom it may be transferred for website operation and order fulfillment. Data is processed in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection.”

2. Data we collect

● Name, phone number, email, VIN, message text, and information about the requested service that you enter in website forms
● Files uploaded through forms for technicians, including FA, SVT, TXT, JSON, and other technical files required to fulfill an order
● Technical information contained in uploaded files, including vehicle and control unit data
● IP address, browser and device information, technical logs, and website interaction data automatically processed by the infrastructure and analytics tools

3. How we use data

● To respond to inquiries and contact you
● To receive, process, and fulfill orders, provide results, and offer technical support
● To verify uploaded files and prepare the requested services
● To secure the website, prevent abuse, and diagnose technical errors
● To analyze and improve the website
● To comply with legal requirements and protect BIMFIX’s lawful rights

4. Services that process data

BIMFIX uses third-party technical services to operate the website and fulfill orders. They receive only the data required for the relevant function:

● Vercel — website hosting, server infrastructure, technical analytics, and private storage of uploaded files in Vercel Blob
● Telegram — sending BIMFIX notifications about inquiries and orders, as well as user-submitted files, to a working group or topic
● Resend — sending email notifications containing contact form data
● Internal BIMFIX systems — receiving, locally storing, and processing files required to fulfill an order

These services process data under their own terms and privacy policies, and processing may take place on infrastructure outside Ukraine. BIMFIX does not sell personal data or transfer it for third-party advertising. Data may be disclosed to public authorities only where required by law.

5. Data retention

Contact form data, order data, correspondence, and uploaded files are retained for no longer than 12 months from the date an inquiry is submitted, an order is completed, or the last related communication takes place, whichever is later. After this period, data is deleted or anonymized unless longer retention is required by law, for dispute resolution, warranty obligations, or the protection of lawful rights.

6. Cookies and analytics

The website may use technical cookies, Vercel Analytics, and Vercel Speed Insights to operate reliably and measure traffic and loading performance. You can restrict or disable cookies in your browser settings, but some website functions may not work correctly.

7. Data security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data against accidental loss, unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. Access to orders and files is limited to the people and systems that need it to operate the website and provide services.

8. Your rights

You have the right to:

● request correction of inaccurate data
● request deletion of data or restriction of processing where this does not conflict with applicable law or active obligations
● withdraw your consent to data processing
